Dear parents / guardians,

We would like to inform you about an unexpected disruption in our school's communication systems that we are currently addressing. Unfortunately, the disruption has impacted the systems that we use to reach fire and security services. In response, we have implemented around-the-clock on-site security monitoring.

I want to assure you that this community-wide disruption was unforeseen and beyond our control.

Please be assured that we are working diligently with our partner at Telus to resolve the issue and restore normal service as soon as possible.

At this time, we anticipate that it will take a minimum of three days to restore service. We will notify you of any changes to this timeline.
